Patient Services

In regard to our patient clothing processing, the following list highlights our standard operational procedures, not offered in its entirety by any other company.

1. Our designated 35,000 sq. ft. plant is dedicated only to the processing of residents' clothing and is the largest plant of its kind in the United States.
2. We provide three fully identified net bags for each patient (no charge).
3. We only wash one facility's garments at a time to assure integrity of each resident's garments.
4. Aside from small items, which are folded, all garments are returned on hangers.
5. Cleaned garments are delivered on rolling racks assembled in bed sequence for easy and effective distribution at your facility. You will be able to reduce present staff addressing this function. We can also place a company employee on your premises to totally handle all internal aspects of this service.
6. Any garment that does not finish well after standard processing is pressed to bring the appearance to our quality criteria. We find that approximately 10% of our work needs this enhancement to give the patient the feeling that their garments were professionally finished.
7. Our managers visit each account at least once weekly to review the program to discuss and/or correct any issues which require attention.
8. Our delivery schedules are adaptable to your needs.
9. We fully in-service your staff, leaving with you a video of the in-service for future reinforcement of the system.
10. We are available to participate in family/ residents' council meetings on invitation.
11. We assume responsibility for any documented losses or damages. (Damages do not include shrinkable materials such as silk, wool, etc., which require dry-cleaning.)
12. We will assist you in establishing a quality assurance program on your premises.
